1. Overview
Plumaas, Inc. (“Plumaas”, “we”) provides billing, invoicing and payment-orchestration software for businesses (“Merchants”). Payment processing, fund custody and payouts are performed by our payments partner, Stripe, Inc. Plumaas does not take custody of Merchant or end-customer funds.
2. Accounts
Merchants must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (KYC/KYB) through Stripe before accepting payments. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
3. Fees
Plumaas charges a platform fee per successful transaction, disclosed in your dashboard and at signup. Stripe processing fees may also apply. Fees are deducted automatically from each transaction.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Plumaas for unlawful activity, restricted businesses prohibited by our payments partner, or to process payments you are not authorized to collect. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disputes & refunds
Chargebacks and refunds are handled per the rules of the card networks and Stripe. Merchants are responsible for resolving disputes with their customers.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumaas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
