1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (business name, email, contact details), usage data, and transaction metadata (amounts, status, timestamps). We do not store full card numbers — card data is collected and tokenized directly by Stripe (PCI SAQ-A scope).
2. How we use it
To provide billing and payment-orchestration services, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and payment reminders.
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers that power the product: Stripe (payments, identity verification), and our email/SMS/voice delivery providers. We do not sell personal data.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Webhooks are signed (HMAC). Access is restricted and audit-logged. Card data never touches our servers.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us.
